Nachos are a popular food based on nixtamalized corn, of Mexican origin associated with Tex-Mex cuisine that can be either made quickly to serve as a snack or prepared with more ingredients to make a full meal. In Mexico, they are rather called totopos. In their simplest form, nachos are tortilla chips (totopos) covered in nacho cheese or shredded cheese and/or salsa. Sometimes French fries, potato chips, or popcorn are used instead of tortilla chips. First created circa 1943 by Ignacio "Nacho" Anaya, the original nachos consisted of fried corn tortillas covered with melted cheddar cheese and pickled jalapeño peppers.
Tortilla (totopos) chips are made from baked/fried triangles of maize tortillas*.
Salsa sauce (everything on your taste) :
olive oil
peeled tomatoes
peeled onion
garlic
basil
salt, pepper
few drops of vinegar
chili
All is mixed until become a paste.

Nachos sunt o populara mincare, de origine Mexicană, avind la baza porumbul. Pot fi făcute rapid pentru a se servi ca si gustare sau preparate cu mai multe ingrediente pentru a face o masă completă. În Mexic, ele sunt mai degraba numit totopos, acoperite de brinza sau salsa.
Uneori cartofii prăjiţi, chipsurile de cartofi, floricele de porumb sunt utilizate în loc de chipsuri tortilla.
Au fost create in 1943 de Ignacio "Nacho" Anaya, originalul nachos constind din tortillas de porumb prăjite, acoperite cu brânză cheddar topita si ardeii jalapeño murati.
Cipsurile tortilla sunt facute din triunghiuri de tortilla de porumb, coapte sau prajite.

ceapa tocata
tomate curatate de coaja
usturoi
busuioc
sare, piper
citeva picaturi de otet de vin
ardei iute
