SOSUL TZAZIKI
Este un grecesc meze, un fel de aperitiv consumat ca mic dejun sau cina, acompaniind de cele mai multe ori gyrosul aka doner kebabul (carne prajita pe un ax metalic vertical) sau souvlakiul (cel mai popular fastfood grecesc).Poate fi servit si ca atare, cu piine.
Iaurtul folosit in reteta este, ca si consistenta, undeva intre brinza dulce si iaurt.
Ingrediente:
-cuburi de castraveti ( un castra-
vete mare)

-3-4 catei de usturoi pisat
sare de mare, piper
-2 l-ri de ulei de masline
-zeama de lamiie (sau citeva picaturi de otet de vin sau de otet balsamic)
-patrunjel (cine doreste)

Tzatziki, tzadziki, or tsatsiki is a Greek meze or appetizer, also used as a sauce for souvlaki ( a popular Greek fast food) and gyros (roasted meat cooked on a vertical spit).
The name comes from the Turkish dish cacık, which contains many of the same ingredients but is considerably more liquid.Turkish Cacık is the more diluted cousin of tzatziki.
