
Directions:
Very well washed mushrooms , boiled for 1/2 hour with onion, 1-2 bay leaves, 2 cloves of garlic, a small branch of thyme and salt.
Separately tempered in butter: chopped onion, 2 cloves of garlic, plus slices of strained and drained boiled mushrooms.Do it for a few minutes (adding some water if necessary), add 4-5 tbs of sour cream mixed with a tablespoon of flour.
Cook for few minutes(1-2), let it rain with chopped parsley. Serve with hot polenta.
CIUPERCI CU SMINTINA
Originalitate, simplitate, savoare. O reteta bucovineana care poate fi adaptata foarte bine oricarei bucatarii tocmai datorita simplitatii ei.
Ciuperci spalate foarte bine, se fierb 1/2 ora cu o ceapa,1-2 foi de dafin, 2-3 catei de usturoi verde sau proaspat, 1 crenguta de cimbru si sare.

Separat se calesc in unt: 1 ceapa, 2-3 catei de usturoi proaspat,se adauga ciupercile taiate felii, strecurate si scurse bine de lichid. Se calesc impreuna cateva minute (daca e nevoie se mai adauga foarte putina apa), se adauga 4-5 l-ri smantana batuta cu o lingura de faina. Se lasa pe foc,cateva minute(1-2), se ploua totul cu patrunjel verde tocat.
