Winter is winter and all you need is just a little bit of sun heating. And vegetables after all. During the cold season I feel that need for fresh and 'green', it doesn't matter as it appears. But, you know my phobia for bought vegetables from stores. So, in summer and autumn, I buy fresh vegetables from peasants and my freezer is turned on quickly in a perfect frozen garden.I learnt how to do it from here. Then everything is put in bags, depending on how, what, when and for what I need.
