Noodle soupe or Lasca

Noodle soup refers to a variety of soups with noodles and other ingredients served in a light broth. In Romanian cuisine, noodle soupe has its very own and particularly place.

meat chicken
carrot roots
parsley roots
spring onion but 
it's perfect the white onion also
celery roots
parsnip roots
pepper seeds
water, salt
All roots are washed and peeled. Onion is cleaned also. Then, bring all ingredients together and boil them. All must be cooked in the end. Meanwhile, you must gather all that foam that appears at the surface of the liquid.
Strain the soup and add boiled noodles in it. Fresh chopped green parsley is an extra plus of taste at the end.
